You’ve heard that our eyes are the windows to our souls they are also the windows to our health. They reflect imbalances or poor health conditions, and no other sense is prone to poor health conditions. Eighty percent of what we learn in our lifetimes is learned through sight. So our eyes are important!

Drugs can react with your eyes, and the worst offenders are cocaine, excessive use of chemical diuretics, sulfa drugs or tetracycline, aspirin, ibuprofen, acetaminophen, heartburn drugs, nicotine, phenylalanine, and hydrocortisone.
