I recently developed a new blend which I call Smoky Barbeque Blend. It is a blend of several herbs and smoked peppers. This is the main ingredient in this recipe. This is a very tasty, simple recipe and great for summer grilling! 2 TBSP Smoky Barbeque Blend 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 1/2 cup red wine 2 TBSP balsamic vinegar Mix all ingredients together and marinate steaks for at least 3 hours, the flavor increases the longer you marinate. Grill to your liking and serve with a tossed salad and baked Spaghetti Squash with Fajita Seasoning.

Taco Bake
Have you ever purchased those packaged taco seasonings at the grocery store and have to use the entire contents to get a nice flavoring for your Mexican dishes? If you answered yes, then you are in for a treat with this Taco bake recipe using my Taco seasoning. You only need 2 TBSP for the perfect combination of flavors. This dish only takes 30 minutes.
Seared Rib Steak with Arugula
I developed this recipe in the summer of 2009 when we started providing fresh vegetable boxes for our customers. People didn’t know how to use the wonderful leafy vegetable arugula, so I created a dish most people will enjoy. You can sub the fresh rosemary for 1/8 cup of dried. This is a wonderful summer dish.
Grilled Rib Eye Steaks
Do you want the perfect mouth watering steak to impress your guests? I use this all time favorite summer recipe over and over and never fail to get rave reviews. The best news is it only takes a few minutes to prepare.
Curried Beef
This is an interesting dish created with my Pungent Curry Blend. Make sure to pay attention to the name Pungent – you do not want to over use this blend as it has a very strong flavor. However, it is delicious when mixed with other ingredients such as this recipe. Serve with rice.

Spicy Herb Stuffed Peppers
I love stuffed peppers and am always looking for a way to make them different. This recipe combines the robust flavors of cumin, coriander, ginger and others in my Spicy Herb Blend to give your stuffed peppers a kick without too much heat.
Lucy’s Lasagna
This lasagna dish is a little spicy, but not too hot. To get the most out of this recipe you need to use fresh tomatoes or home canned. You can prepare it with store bought canned tomatoes, but the result will not be the same. Give yourself a little time, you can’t rush lasagna.
