With a Ricky & Lucy’s account, you can shop and check out with stored billing and shipping information using a username and a password. All of your addresses will appear during checkout, so you do not have to enter them over and over again. You may also setup and access your personal Wish List, maintain multiple shipping addresses and look up and track orders.
- Shipping & Delivery
- We ship the majority of orders using the United States Postal Service. To choose a different carrier or for packages weighing over 25 pounds, you must call us for a price quote. All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Please allow up to 6 days for delivery. We ship within the US only.
- Returns & Cancellations
Shopping at Ricky and Lucy’s Greenhouse is 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Customer pays shipping fees for any returned items. Please note, all bulk herbs and any bottle of herbs or bath & body product with a broken seal may not be returned.
Ricky and Lucy’s Greenhouse works hard to ship out your order as quickly as possible. For this reason once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order. Email or call us toll-free at (877) 254-2204 and we will try our best to assist you in trying to cancel your order. If we are unable to prevent the shipment from being cancelled, you may return the item(s) at any time for a full refund. Cancellation of an item(s) may change or void discounts or promotions currently appearing on your order.
