One of my personal favorites!  Fish/Fowl Blend is a perfect blend of dill, chamomile, garlic and lemon balm to bring out the natural flavors of any type of fish.  Try it in marinades for fish or chicken, in gravy, vegetables, roasted potatoes or soup.
