I was inspired to make this blend when an employee thought folks around this area would enjoy having someone put it all together. I decided on the blend based on what I would normally throw together myself. These fresh herbs bring out the chicken flavor and when mixed with butter, make a great basting before roasting or baking. Mix with flour and coat before frying. Ingredients: Sage, Thyme, Paprika, Parsley, Garlic, Sea Salt, & Black Pepper
