I created this blend when a friend informed me that her mother doesn't like pepper. Because she cooks for her mom and she loves the Lemon Pepper seasoning on her chicken, she needed an alternative for her. This has the same ingredients as the Lemon Pepper Blend only substituting Salt for Pepper. Ingredients: Lemon Zest, Sea Salt and Garlic
